Simple terms for ordering with us.

These terms explain how Campus Cravings accounts, orders, payments and collection work. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to follow them.

Accounts

Provide accurate information, keep your password and collection code private, and use only accounts you are authorised to use. Accounts may be limited or flagged while suspected abuse, payment reversals or fraudulent payment claims are reviewed.

Ordering and availability

An order is subject to the price and stock confirmed when checkout succeeds. Cart contents do not reserve stock. Product images are representative and presentation may vary slightly. If an item cannot be supplied, the team will explain the available replacement, adjustment or refund option.

Payment and collection

Use the payment details shown for your selected method. Payment is confirmed by the Campus Cravings team. Keep your order code ready and share it only with the team when collecting. An order is completed after payment and handover are confirmed.

Changes and cancellations

You may cancel while the service offers that option. Repeated cancellations may temporarily limit checkout to protect stock availability. Administrators may correct or cancel orders where payment, stock, safety or account issues require it.

Food information

Ask the team about ingredients or allergens before ordering. Campus Cravings cannot guarantee that products prepared or stored in shared environments are free from traces of allergens.

Fair use

Do not manipulate stock, create accounts to evade limits, misuse another customer’s details, make false payment claims, or attempt to interfere with the service. Access may be restricted while serious or repeated misuse is investigated.

Privacy and support

Our Privacy Policy explains how account, phone and order information is used. If something goes wrong, contact us promptly with your username and order code.
